Terms of Use





This Terms of Use Agreement (the “Terms”) create a legally binding agreement between you and CareHealth and its affiliates regarding your use of the platforms.


Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the CareHealth Platforms, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms.


We may from time to time update this Terms by posting amendments at the website or on the application. By continuing use of the website and/or application after any such amendment, you agree to be bound by this Agreement as so amended.


If you are under 18 years of age, you confirm that you have your parent’s or legal guardian’s permission to use the CareHealth Platforms.


Violations of these Terms may result in termination of your account without notice.


User Code of Conduct

You agree not to violate any law, regulation, infringe on the legal rights of any third party, in any manner which is defamatory, fraudulent, indecent, offensive or deceptive, to threaten, harass, abuse or intimidate others, to damage the name or reputation of the CareHealth Platforms, its affiliates, or subsidiaries, to breach security on any computer network, or to access an account that does not belong to you, and in any manner that interferes with other end users who accesses or uses CareHealth’s platform (“Customer”) use and enjoyment of the Services provided by CareHealth Platforms.

Every jurisdiction has its own laws and regulations in respect of the use of telemedicine services (the “Local Regulations”). By accessing the CareHealth Platforms and using the Services, you confirm that you understand your obligations under the Local Regulations relevant to the territory in which you are located and will comply with such Local Regulations. If you are in Singapore, you can review the Singapore National Telemedicine Guidelines and the Singapore Medical Council’s Ethical Code and Ethical Guidelines. For other jurisdictions, similar guidelines are generally made available online by the relevant local regulatory authorities.



You are solely responsible for making the judgement if CareHealth’s independent third parties who provide products/services through the platform (“Provider”) is suitably qualified and/or licensed in accordance with local laws to practise in your jurisdiction. If you are aware of any Provider that is not suitably qualified, please let us know by emailing us. We reserve the right and have the sole discretion to (but will not be obliged to) remove any Provider’s profile on CareHealth’s Platforms at any time.


Procedures, Products, Services and Devices

The procedures, products, services and device discussed and/or advertised on the CareHealth Platforms is not suited for critical or emergency medical situations. We make no claims as to the effectiveness of any such procedures, products, services and devices.


Any products and/or services represented on the CareHealth Platforms by advertisers, sponsors, and other Services participants, either paid or unpaid, are presented for your awareness and do not necessarily imply appropriateness for any particular individual or prediction of effectiveness, outcome or success.



The price of a Consultation or a group of Consultations (“Packages”) will beset out in the mobile applications or on the website at the time of your purchasing Services from a Provider. The prices may change at any time as they are set at the discretion of the Providers, but price changes will not affect any Services that you have already ordered.

You are responsible for paying the price for the Consultation or Packages and any additional charges (“Charges”). Charges could include:
• any applicable service tax, as required by the jurisdiction
• delivery fee
• medication fee
• CareHealth service fee
• reasonable credit card or other processing fees, where these are incurred of any other related fee
• any other related fee.

Payment can be made using a credit card. In the event of any error in the transaction, CareHealth reserves the right to claw back the amount from your account or by other way it deems fit in its sole discretion. Depending on the type of product offering, payment will be either prepaid or postpaid. 


From time to time, CareHealth will issue vouchers to our Providers to provide to their Customers or directly to Customers that provide a benefit (“Vouchers”). Vouchers are to be used in good faith.

A Customer’s redemption of a Voucher is subject to the additional terms and conditions as stipulated on the Voucher and the Provider (as the case may be) that offers the particular Voucher to a Customer.

Customers must use Vouchers during their applicable validity period. There shall be no extension of time for the validity period of any Voucher redemption dates. Customers and Providers agree that you will have no claim what so ever against CareHealth for any expired Vouchers.

Vouchers are not exchangeable for any other benefit under any circumstances.

If we suspect that either a Provider or Customer is misusing the Vouchers, CareHealth will suspend the relevant account pending investigation and keep the Provider or Customer informed of the outcome. CareHealth may at its sole and absolute discretion disable a Provider or a Customer account.

Promotion Codes

From time to time, CareHealth will issue Promotion codes to our Providers to provide to their Customers or directly to Customers that provide a discount (“Promotion code”). If you wish to use or apply any promotion codes, you must enter the available promotion at the booking checkout stage.


All Promotion codes are subject to their specific terms and conditions, are mutually exclusive and cannot be combined with other promotions, unless otherwise stated.


You agree that we are not obliged to accept late submission of Promotion codes after the checkout process has been completed. We will not be liable for any direct or indirect losses, damages, costs and expenses suffered or incurred as a result of the theft or illegal or fraudulent usage of any promotion codes and discounts.


We may take any action against you if you have been found to be using any Promotion codes in an illegal or fraudulent manner, including without limitation, suspending or terminating your user account. 

No Warranties

The CareHealth Platforms are provided “as is”. Neither we, Providers, nor any other user of the CareHealth Platforms, make any express or implied warranties, including implied warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. CareHealth does not make any express or implied warranties that the Providers are validly accredited and/or licensed to practise their field of expertise. Neither we nor any Providers, of any other user make any warranty that the Content (defined below in the section with the heading of “Liability”) or the Services satisfy government regulations.


Content (including content provided in the public questions and answers section and any information provided in private Consultations) on the CareHealth Platforms (the “Content”) is subject to the following Terms. The authors of such Content (the “Authors”) are solely responsible for their Content. While we hope that you will find all Content informative and educational, neither we nor the Authors make any representations or warranties with respect to any information offered or provided within or through the Content regarding treatment of medical conditions, actions, or application of medication.


Under no circumstances, as a result of your use of the CareHealth Platforms, will the Authors, the Authors’ employer or sponsor be liable to you or to any other person for any damages or harm – including any direct, indirect, special, incidental, exemplary, consequential or other damages, under tort, contract, strict liability or otherwise.


Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Authors (and such Authors’ employer and/or sponsor) shall have absolutely no liability for: (a) any loss or injury caused, in whole or in part, by the Authors’ actions, omissions, or negligence, in procuring, compiling, or delivering information within or through Content; (b) any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in such information regardless of how caused, or delays or interruptions in delivery of such information; or (c) any decision made or action taken or not taken in reliance upon such information. This means you should not rely on the Content or make medical or other important decisions based on it, and it also means that the Authors are not responsible for what you do or don’t do with the Content.


You agree to indemnify and hold the Authors and/or the Company (and their employer, employee, servants, agents and/or sponsors) harmless from any claim or demand, including attorneys’ fees, made by any third party as a result of (1) any Content posted or made available to you through the CareHealth Platforms, (2) any violation of law (including a breach of any Local Regulations) by you that occurs through your use of the Content, the CarePlatforms, and/or (3) anything you do using the Content, the CareHealth Platforms and/or the information contained therein.

CareHealth, its licensors, its suppliers, Providers, Authors or any third parties mentioned on CareHealth Platforms are not liable for any personal injury, including death or personal injury arising from CareHealth’s negligence.


Force Majeure


Neither CareHealth nor any Providers of Services under this Terms shall be liable for delay in performing obligations or for failure to perform obligations under this Agreement if the delay or failure resulted from events, causes and circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to, acts of God, governmental acts (including directives issued by regulators and amendments to legislation), shut down or failure of telecommunications facilities or networks, failures or acts of application distributors, failure of information technology or telecommunications equipment or facilities, hacker attacks, denial of service attacks, virus or other malicious software attacks or infections, power failures, epidemics, flood, fire, explosion, accident, civil commotion, industrial dispute, or impossibility of obtaining materials.

Intellectual Property

You acknowledge and agree that the Application and all copyright, patents, trademarks, trade secrets and other intellectual property rights associated there with are, and shall remain, the property of CareHealth. Furthermore, you acknowledge and agree that the source and object code of the Application and the format, directories, queries, algorithms, structure, and organization of the Application are the intellectual property and proprietary and confidential information of CareHealth and its affiliates, licensors and suppliers. You are not granted any intellectual property rights in and to the Application not expressly granted in this Agreement and such rights are hereby reserved and retained by CareHealth.


You are not authorised by CareHealth to use CareHealth’s trademarks in any advertising, publicity or in any other commercial manner without the prior written consent of CareHealth, which may be withheld for any or no reason.


You acknowledge and agree that in the event of a third party claim against you that the Application or your possession or use of the Application infringes any third party’s intellectual property rights, you (and not CareHealth) will be responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement and discharge of any such claim of intellectual property infringement. You will, however, promptly notify CareHealth in writing of such a claim.

Personal Data

Except where otherwise specifically stated, all personal information provided by you when using the platform shall be dealt with in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Notice. You are solely responsible for the information you provide in using the platform and you agree only to provide us with information that is accurate and up-to-date.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore and Parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

The parties shall attempt to settle the disputes arising from or relating to these Terms in an amicable manner.
