How Do Employees Get Started?

New Raffles Connect User  

  • Sign up to Raffles Connect via Singpass
  • Select the Benefits tab on the Raffles Connect Homepage
  • Go under the Invites tab on the Benefits page
  • View your pending Membership invitations under Invites

Existing Raffles Connect User  
  • Login to your Raffles Connect account
  • Select the Benefits tab in the Raffles Connect Homepage
  • Go under the Invites tab on the Benefits page
  • If your profile is verified, view your Membership invites under Invites
  • If your profile is unverified, select “Verify your profile via Singpass”

Where can I find the full details of my plan?

Employees that have successfully enrolled into their Membership plan can access the full details of their Membership plan by following the steps below:

  • Select the Benefits tab in the Raffles Connect Homepage
  • Go under the Active tab
  • Select the Membership Plan they wish to view

What is available in my Corporate Membership?

Depending on your Corporate Benefit Plan, Raffles Connect allows employees to:

  • View their benefits entitlement and limit balance
  • Book a Teleconsultation appointment or Health Screening appointment with Raffles Medical and directly utilize their corporate benefits
  • Submit and track their claims and eLOG

Will my company cover me if I choose a provider other than Raffles Medical Group?

This will depend on your plan coverage. Generally, your plan may provide different levels of coverage, co-payment terms and reimbursement limits for different categories of providers (e.g., Panel, AC Panel, Non-Panel clinics).

If you select providers on our platform outside of Raffles Medical Group that are covered under your plan, your existing coverage will still apply. However, it will be on a pay-and-claim basis.

If you are unsure of your benefits and coverage, please check your membership plan details or with your HR department.

What if I did not receive my medication?

Firstly, ensure that your dependant's plan has been activated in addition to your employee plan.  

Then, you may view your dependant's benefits by selecting the Benefits tab in the Raffles Connect homepage and selecting the dependant's membership plan.

How do I submit claims through Raffles Connect?

  • Select the Benefits tab on the Raffles Connect Homepage
  • Go under the Active tab
  • Select the Membership Plan you want to submit a claim for
  • Go under the Claims tab and tap Submit Claim
  • Complete the claims form and upload the relevant documents before submitting

In addition to claims submission, you can also track your claims submission status on the Claims tab.  

Why is my claim status “Pending”?

When the claim status shows “Pending”, it means that there are additional document(s) required for submission.

To view further instructions and/or include the required document(s), go to your claims history under the Claims tab to open the “Pending” claim.

What is an E-Letter of Guarantee (eLOG) and when do I need it?

E-Letter of Guarantee is issued by your insurer, to reduce the upfront cash deposit required by the patient to be made to the hospital during admission and/or surgeries.

Please check with your insurer to verify if you require an eLOG.  

Can I request an eLOG through Raffles Connect?

Yes, you can! Select the Benefits tab in the Raffles Connect Homepage, under your Membership plan, go to the eLOG tab and tap Request for eLOG. Complete the eLOG form and upload the relevant documents before submitting your request.

In addition to eLOG request, you can also track your eLOG request status on the eLOG tab.
